Towards aquafeeds with increased food security
where the conflicting problems and issues we face in food arena are discussed. Some of these problems (overproduction and waste of food, obesity, CVDs and diabetes in the developed countries, famine and malnutrition in the developing countries, climate change, scarcity of water, rational use of cultivated land and sustainable use of resources and energy) make our environment complex and swiftly changing.
How can we address the issue of food security and how can we secure nutrition for the entire human population?
